Where can I get an application?Posted or edited: 02.26.07 ... PJC Information Services The application for admission can be downloaded from our Web site. Click here to visit the appropriate page. Also, download and fill out the New Resident Status form along with the application. You may also fill out an application online by clicking here. To request an application and New Resident Status Form be mailed to you, e-mail the Admissions Office or call 903.782.0425 or 1.800.232.5804 ext. 4.
