Employee recognition is the acknowledgement of an individual or team’s behavior, effort, and accomplishments that support the organization’s goals and values. In this seminar you will learn the types of recognition: Formal and informal; types of rewards - monetary and symbolic; why recognize employee accomplishment; and characteristics of effective recognition.

Course Fee: $29 (3 Hours)
