This course is designed for food managers in food service, hospital, grocery, retail, school, hospitality, industrial, correctional facility, food supplier and food distributor industries where food safety is a critical responsibility. Prepares food managers for any of the nationally recognized food manager certification exams based on the 2001 FDA Food Code. Certification test is included. (WECM Course Number IFWA 1050 - Food Safety Handling and Sanitation.)
