July 13-14: Late registration. July 16: Official reporting ray (4th class day). Aug. 5: Last day to drop classes with a “W”. Aug. 11-12: Final examinations. Aug. 13: Grades for Summer II are due by 8:30 a.m. Fall 2010 Aug. 23: Staff Development. Aug. 24: Greenville registration from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 25: Sulphur Springs registration from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 26: Paris registration from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 30: First day of class. Syllabi for fall 2010 to be submitted to vice presidents. Aug. 30-31: Late registration. Sept. 1-10: Students adding courses must have permission from the appropriate vice president. Sept. 6: Labor Day holiday. Sept. 9: Last day to add/drop classes for schedule changes for scholarship students. Sept. 15: Official reporting day. Final deadline for syllabi to be submitted to vice presidents. Sept. 24: Spring semester schedule for 2011 to be submitted to vice presidents. Oct. 1: Textbook requests for spring 2011 to be submitted to vice presidents. Oct. 11: Growth goals for each division/program are due to vice presidents. Nov. 18: Last day to withdraw with a “W.” Nov. 19: Adjunct instructor information for the spring semester submitted to vice presidents. Nov. 24-26: Thanksgiving holiday. Nov. 29: Classes resume. Priority deadline to apply for fall 2010 graduation. Dec. 13-17: Final exams. Dec. 16: Grades for classes other than Thursday evening and Friday are due by 3 p.m. Dec. 17: Thursday evening classes grades due by 9 a.m. Dec. 20: Offices closed. Winter Mini-Term 2010 Dec. 20: First class day. Dec. 21: Official reporting day. Dec. 29: Last day to withdraw with a “W.” Jan. 7, 2011: Final exams. |
