This seminar considers a systematic problem solving approach and decision making techniques that can prevent problems from re-occurring in teams. This class focuses on the steps used by supervisors and team leaders that enable them to recognize and address the problem, make a decision, initiate an action plan, and evaluate the result. The 6 steps to problem solving will be the approach used to addressing these issues.

Fee: $22 (3 Hours)
