This seminar teaches individuals the management and coaching skills needed to assist in the development of their employees’ competence and productivity. By empowering managers with the techniques to adjust their leadership style to their employees’ development levels, managers will learn a common vocabulary for leadership and develop their teams into self reliant performers.

Fee: $22 (3 Hours)
