This is a foundational course in theories of stress management practices. It examines all areas of stress in our daily lives, how stress affects us, how to deal with it and how to reduce it. Being aware of what makes individuals stressed is the basis to successful stress management in the home, as well as in a work center environment. Work related stress is presented in a comprehensive format.

Fee: $22 (3 Hours)
