Successful businesses know the answer! Customer service is one of the most important yet often overlooked business concerns. This session will give you a light-hearted look at customer service while pointing out many very serious areas that may go unnoticed in everyday business operations. Customer service begins at the point of contact with a customer, including appearance, facial expression, tone of voice, telephone manners, e-mail and other business correspondence, store appearance, speedy problem resolution, and more. This session is an excellent opportunity for you and your employees to grasp the impact you can have on your business by providing Amazing Customer Service.
