PJC grounds keeper Gary Parker clears debris left when Friday’s thunderstorm toppled half of a hickory tree, seen in the background. Parker said many trees on the PJC campus are old and more susceptible to wind damage. Other trees on campus also sustained some minor damage from the storm.
