AEL Registration Clerk & Assessment Proctor Hunt County part-time

Responsibilities: Complete registration, orientation, and assessment activities in Hunt County for AEL classes.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Three years’ experience in responsible employment or equivalent combination of experience and education. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.  Working knowledge of knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; proficiency in English Grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proper word usage required; ability to anticipate problems, schedule time, and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters; maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students; organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Mail, Google Drive and relevant office machines/apps; and must be available to work one evening per week.

Salary: The salary for this part-time position is $ 15.75 per hour, 19 hours per week.
