Responsibilities: This position will provide technical support to the ERP Administrator and systems.  This role also provides support to various servers, software and specialized applications.

Qualifications: Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems required; Bachelor degree is preferred. 2+ years’ professional experience or internship in a similar role that has had experiences working with data and systems. This role must have project planning and management background. Working knowledge of current information systems technologies. Ability to detect and solve problems using best practice techniques as well as supervise other technicians. Familiarity with reporting tools. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance. Working knowledge of Windows, MACS and UNIX. Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory which includes a strong understanding and use of the Structured Query Language (SQL).

Salary: The salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience.

Fringe Benefits: This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee. Additional optional coverages includes dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability. Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program. Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
