Published or Revised February 23, 2007

The Paris Junior College Dragons baseball team will host its annual camp for boys ages 7-14 on Saturday, March 10. The event runs from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Hub Hollis Field on the PJC campus.

The one-day instructional camp will be an intensive session of baseball skills and knowledge, according to Dragons Head Coach Deron Clark. Hitting, fielding, bunting, throwing ad pitching will be covered, as well as individual position instruction.

“Our coaching staff, along with members of the PJC baseball team, will assist your young player in learning the skills which will help him fulfill his potential,” said Clark.

Registration is $40, if received by March 1. Participants can register on the day of the camp, but no T-shirt will be included. Players will be grouped by age and ability.

Participants should bring a glove, bat, tennis shoes and a lunch.
