NETRAC conducts emergency simulation near PJC

The Northeast Texas Regional Advisory Council (NETRAC) will be conducting a mock disaster drill today at the Love Civic Center beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending by 4:00 p.m. This activity is ONLY A DRILL. The Hunt Center at Paris Junior College will serve as the staging area for emergency vehicles from 12:00 p.m. through 3:00 p.m. As a result, there will be a high volume of emergency vehicles, including police vehicles, fire and emergency medical services personnel present in that vicinity prior to the drill taking place at the Love Civic Center. Remember this is only a practice drill. The Hunt Center parking area is cordoned off to allow for emergency vehicle parking only.
