Fitness Swim Program

Focus on improving efficiency and endurance through drill, sprints, timed swim, and distance swims. Planned workouts consist of 1,000 - 2,500 yards and will include four basic swim strokes of Freestyle, Back Stroke, Breast Stroke, and Butterfly. It is not required to have understanding of all strokes to participate however; some swim ability is required (recommend that students are able to swim at least one length of the pool freestyle). Must be 18 years of age or older.

Fee: $50 (29 Hours)
