Continuing Education in Paris

A wide variety of classes to enliven your life or help you train for a career are available in July from Paris Junior College’s Continuing Education Department. Courses are held in the Bobby R. Continuing education at the PJC-Greenville Center

Those whose work brings them into contact with hydrogen sulphide could benefit from a new class offered by the Paris Junior College - Greenville Center’s Continuing Education Department this month. Other classes offered in July will meet a variety of needs.

Basic H2S Certificate is designed for personnel who risk exposure to hydrogen sulphide contamination at work. The fire training covers the detection and measurement of the flammable gas, plus the correct emergency response to an H2S leak. The class meets from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, July 11.

Continuing education at the PJC-Sulphur Springs Center

The Basic H2S Certificate will also be offered at the PJC-Sulphur Springs Center. This course is for personnel who risk exposure to hydrogen sulphide contamination at work. The fire training covers the detection and measurement of the flammable gas, plus the correct emergency response to an H2S leak. The class meets from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, July 25.
