SBDC plans free business seminar in Clarksville

The Small Business Development Center at Paris Junior College will hold a free seminar, "How to Start Your Own Business," on Tuesday, Jan. 30., in Clarksville. The event runs from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and will be held at the Historic Red River County Chamber of Commerce, 101 N. Locust St. Topics will include the business plan, the marketing plan, forms of business ownership and their advantages and disadvantages, getting legal advice, taxes, advertising, and much more.
