SBDC to host 2 seminars in Sulphur Springs

Paris Junior College's Small Business Development Center will hold two sessions during August. How to Start Your Own Business will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 10. This free seminar will provide you with all the information needed to start and operate a small business. Participants will learn to write business plans, marketing plans, how to obtain legal advice, tax requirements and methods of advertising. How to Sell to the Government will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 10. Learn the basics of government contracting and the federal, state and local level.
