Responsibilities: Data collection and entry (TEAMS), registration coordination, assessment proctoring, financial reporting (Jenzabar), and program mailings.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Three years experience in responsible employment or equivalent combination of experience and education. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required. Working knowledge of business communications, spelling, punctuation, and business math, thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures are required as well as ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students. Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proper word usage required. Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters, screening telephone calls and visitors, and scheduling time. Must possess proven qualifications in leadership, accuracy, initiative, and organization. Demonstrated computer skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Mail, Google Drive, excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills also required. Must be able to work one evening per week.

Salary:  The monthly salary for this level A position is $ 1,555.16, contingent upon grant funding through Adult Education and Family Literacy program.

Fringe Benefits:  This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee.  Additional optional coverages includes dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability.  Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program.  Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
