Wine and Food Pairing

Wine and Food Pairing is a personal preference, but there are principles that can simplify the decision. This course will teach the fundamentals of wine tasting and region identification. Also, the course will identify the various wines and matching foods that achieve a wonderful taste interaction that is so delightful. Paris Vineyards Winery on the Square and the Paris Bakery will collaborate to pair wines with hors d’oeuvres, specialty cheeses and desserts. Come join us. Space is limited, so register early.
