2017 PJC Athletic Hall of Fame to induct four
Three former Dragon student-athletes and a former coach will be inducted into the Paris Junior College Athletic Hall of Fame during the 93rd Homecoming November 3-4, 2017. The Hall of Fame ceremony is set for 2:30 p.m. in the McLemore Student Center Ballroom and all friends and family of the honorees are welcomed to attend.

Ronald F. Dodson, Ph.D., F.C.C.P., F.A.H.A. of Tyler, Texas has been selected as the 2017 Paris Junior College Distinguished Alumnus. He will be recognized during the 93rd Homecoming festivities Friday and Saturday, November 3 and 4.

Thanks to the generosity of two Lamar County Masonic Lodges, eight Paris Junior College nursing students have help reaching their goals this year. The Roan Oak Masonic Lodge #860 of Garrett's Bluff and The Paris Masonic Lodge #27 each donated scholarships of $500 the nursing students may use toward their tuition, fees and related expenses.
