2009 Region XIV Championship

The Dragons finished with scores of 311, 308 and 301, which was good enough for third placeat the Region XIV Tournament held at Oak Hurst Golf Club in Bullard.

Jason Timmis of Paris finished in a tie for fourth place with scores of 77, 72 and 72, and was named to the All-Region Team for the second year in a row.

Our Region is small with only four teams, but two of the teams are ranked number one in the Nation in their respective divisions. There is a real possibility that there will be five to seven All-Americans from our region this year. That is remarkable for so few teams and a testament to the quality of golf being played.
