Paris Junior College Fall Invitational

Results and coach's comments on the Paris Junior College Fall Invitational.

Coach's comments:

The Paris College Fall Invitational for 2005 was played this last Saturday with the Dragons finishing in second place behind McLennan Blue team.

Kyle Hefner of Paris shot 73-73 and was named to the All Tournament team, tied with three others with a 146 total for the 36-hole event.

KeeDae Lee and Tyson Lemon played steady for the Dragons, shooting 73-74, 147 total, and 74-76, 150 respectively. We have to get lower scores from our fourth and fifth players, whoever they might be for each round, to get ourselves in contention to win a tournament.

We have had a good fall season, not finishing out of the top four at any of the tournaments we played in. The kids are disappointed that we didn't win a tournament, which is good. It will give them something to work toward in the spring.

It's time to bear down on our classes for the fall and finish them up strong, and start our off-season strength and conditioning to get ready for the 2006 spring schedule.
