A year of firsts net Dragons volleyball players some much-deserved attention.

After making the regional tournament for the first time this year, the Paris Junior College Dragons volleyball team has received more firsts in the form of all-conference and all-tournament honors.

Logan Anglin is the first player to be named to the Region 14 All-Tourney Team, as well as receiving Honorable Mention All-Conference.

Adrienne Boswell was named First Team All-Conference, and Hillary Baugh and Codi Schepp were named Second Team All Conference.

Receiving Honorable Mention All-Conference in addition to Anglin were Morganne Fikes, Tess Williams, Kaila Johnson and Heather Rigby.

“I think it says a lot about our team and how far our program has come in the past four teams,” said Head Volleyball Coach Justin Maness. “It says a lot about our ladies who received these awards to be chosen out of such a tough conference, and it was definitely a team effort leading to all those ladies getting the awards.”
