Responsibilities:  This position will serve as the primary functional and technical expert for the College’s Jenzabar ONE ERP environment, with a primary focus on Admissions, Advising, and Registrar processes.  This position supports the Director of Enterprise Systems by leading process improvement initiatives across the student lifecycle, performing advanced configuration and troubleshooting, and partnering with the Admissions, Advising, and Registrar offices to streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve data quality from prospect through graduation.

Qualifications:  Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Significant experience administering Jenzabar ONE, including JICS, J1 Desktop, and the J1 web modules supporting Admissions, Advising, and Registrar functions.  Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and workflow automation initiatives across the student lifecycle, including recruitment, application processing, advising, registration, grading, and graduation.  Strong experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and end user support across Jenzabar ONE student modules.  Prior experience working with or for Jenzabar, particularly on Jenzabar ONE implementations or migrations preferred.  Experience in a higher education environment supporting Admissions, Advising, or Registrar operations preferred.  Experience with RBUs, data classification, security configuration, and Jenzabar ONE system administration for student data preferred.  Direct experience with JICS portlets, J1 Web, Recruitment Manager, Advising, Registration, and related Jenzabar ONE student modules preferred.  Experience integrating Jenzabar ONE with CRM, communication, and degree planning tools through APIs, scheduled jobs, or middleware preferred.  Knowledge of state and federal reporting requirements (e.g., THECB, IPEDS) as they relate to enrollment and registration data preferred.  Familiarity with FERPA and other higher education compliance requirements preferred.  Strong working knowledge of Admissions, Advising, and Registrar business processes in a higher education environment.  Proficiency writing SQL queries, building reports, and analyzing data from relational databases.  Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.  Ability to translate functional business requirements from Admissions, Advising, and Registrar staff into practical, sustainable technical solutions.

Salary:  The annual salary range for this position is $66,341 - $80,903.

Fringe Benefits: This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee. Additional optional coverages include dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability. Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program. Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
