Career Navigator Adult Education

Responsibilities:  Promotes, supports, and coordinates the expansion of career pathways.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in related field required.  Computer and current technology/communications skills required.  Willingness to work with “most in need,” “hardest to serve,” special populations and community service providers.  Proven teaching ability and knowledge of the adult learner.  Public speaking ability.  Possess a sincere desire to help adults enter the college and/or workplace.  Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable on college insurance.  Travel required.  Ability to lift 20 lbs.  Prior experience in Adult Education preferred.

Salary: The annual salary for this position is $33,750 and is contingent upon grant funding through Adult Education and Family Literacy program
