PJC’s Criminal Justice Program offers 10 basic courses, plus special topics and internship classes. It is available in Paris and at the Greenville and Sulphur Springs Centers.
Classes rotate by semester, time, and location, as well as online so students have the widest selection of courses at their preferred campus, day or night.
PJC also transitions students into Texas A&M University-Commerce’s Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science program (BAAS). This affords students the opportunity to complete 86 credit hours at Paris Junior College, instead of the usual 60 credit hours, and transfer those to the BAAS program. This allows the student to complete the remaining 36 hours of study at Texas A&M University - Commerce.
PJC’s Criminal Justice Department offers an Associate of Science degree to prepare students to transfer to a four-year university as a criminal justice major (60 credit hours) and an Associate of Applied Science degree to prepare students for employment (60 credit hours).
