Paris Junior College is proud to announce that Kenneth Webb, advisor for the college’s Phi Theta Kappa chapter, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Phi Theta Kappa Distinguished Advisor Award, a national honor recognizing exceptional leadership and dedication to student success.
The Distinguished Advisor Award recognizes Phi Theta Kappa advisors who demonstrate outstanding commitment to supporting student leaders and advancing the mission of the international honor society. Webb was selected for his dedication to mentoring students, building strong programming, and helping students develop leadership and academic excellence.
Webb will attend PTK Catalyst, Phi Theta Kappa’s annual international convention, March 26–28 in Baltimore, Maryland, where he will be formally recognized for the award during the event’s General Session.

His impact on Phi Theta Kappa and on student organizations across campus is truly invaluable, and we are incredibly proud to see him receive this well-deserved national recognition.”
As a chapter advisor, Webb works closely with students to create opportunities for leadership development, academic growth, and community engagement. His mentorship helps students gain confidence, discover their potential, and pursue their educational and career goals.
Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is the international honor society for students attending two-year colleges and academic programs, recognizing academic achievement and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
