Business Office

The PJC Business Office is located in the Administration Building on the Paris Campus, Room 136, and this is where students go to pay for their classes, housing and meal plans.

Paying for Classes

Payment is due upon registration, and students may pay in one of the following ways:

  • Cash, check or credit cards (American Express not accepted online).
  • Set up payment plans online through MyPJC (requires $25 fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).

Summer Mini-Term 2024

  • Up to May 12: 100 percent
  • May 13-14: 70 percent
  • May 15-16: 25 percent
  • May 28: W Deadline

Summer Long Term 2024

  • Up to May 12: 100 percent
  • May 13 - June 4: 70 percent
  • June 5-11: 25 percent
  • July 25: W Deadline

Summer I 2024

  • Up to June 2: 100 percent
  • June 3-10: 70 percent
  • June 11-12: 25 percent
  • July 3: W Deadline

Summer Extended Term 2024

  • Up to June 2: 100 percent
  • June 3-18: 70 percent
  • June 19-25: 25 percent
  • July 25: W Deadline

Summer II 2024

  • Up to July 14: 100 percent
  • July 15-22: 70 percent
  • July 23: 25 percent
  • August 7: W Deadline

Spring Semester 2024

  • Up to January 15, 2024: 100 percent
  • January 16 - February 5, 2024: 70 percent
  • February 6 - 12, 2024: 25 percent
  • April 11, 2024: W Deadline

Spring 1 Eight-Week Flex Term

  • Up to January 15, 2024: 100 percent
  • January 16-25, 2024: 70 percent
  • January 26-29, 2024: 25 percent
  • February 22, 2024: W Deadline

Spring 2 Eight-Week Flex Term

  • Up to March 17, 2024: 100 percent
  • March 18-27, 2024: 70 percent
  • March 28-29, 2024: 25 percent
  • April 25, 2024: W Deadline

* If students withdraw or drop on or after the first class day, they will be refunded according to the schedule above (regardless of whether the student has paid/not paid or attended/not attended).
