In support of and in partnership with faculty, staff and administration, our Human Resources mission is to provide quality, innovative and timely programs, policies and services to attract, retain and motivate a workforce of the best-qualified people whose diversity and skills contribute to and sustain Paris Junior College’s tradition of excellence.
Paris Junior College employs approximately 90 full-time and 130 part-time instructional staff members along with 145 full-time support and administrative staff members on three campuses.
