Records Office
The Records Office houses all official documents for Paris Junior College students.
The office also processes class drops and adds, verifies enrollment, posts grades, verifies graduation, clears students for on-line
registration and processes transcript requests.

Electronic Transcripts cost $5.00

Mailed Transcripts cost $5.00 plus a delivery fee
Incoming transcripts will be evaluated for transfer credit according to the catalog policy and timeline. If you need an expedited review, please complete our Transcript Evaluation Form.
Students can find their final grades after the end of the semester by logging into their MyPJC account and viewing their unofficial transcripts.
Typically, only students can access their personal educational information unless they elect to share that information with others.
To update permissions, students can login to their MyPJC account and use the “Set FERPA Permissions” form at the bottom of the Student tab.
Parents of dependent children are entitled to request certain student data under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. To request such data, parents must submit the Parental Affidavit for Academic Information to the Admissions and Records Office. The form may be faxed to 903-782-0309. The form can be downloaded in PDF or Word format.

Many agencies such as insurance companies, childcare providers, loan companies, or employers require proof that a student is enrolled in classes. The Admissions and Records Office can provide verification by issuing a standard form letter or by completing forms furnished by the student. Only current or previous semesters can be verified, not future enrollment. To request this service, contact the Admissions and Records Office in Room 149 of the Administration Building or by calling 903-782-0212 or 903-782-0302.
