Reverse Transfer
Reverse Transfer at Paris Junior College
Reverse transfer allows you to earn a PJC associate degree using credits you completed after transferring to a university. If you started at PJC and later moved to a four‑year school, you may already meet the requirements for a degree.
How Reverse Transfer Works
To be considered, you must send PJC an official transcript from your university. Once you've sent your transcript, please complete the Transcript Evaluation Form and indicate you're seeking a reverse transfer. We will then review your coursework to determine whether you’ve completed all requirements for a PJC associate degree. If everything is complete, the degree is awarded automatically and added to your PJC transcript. No graduation application is required.
Diplomas and Certificates
A reverse‑transfer degree does not automatically include a printed diploma or certificate. If you want a physical copy mailed to you, you must submit a Diploma Print request to the Registrar’s Office and pay any required fees. Your degree will still be posted to your official transcript whether or not you request a printed diploma.
For questions about reverse transfer, transcript submission, or diploma requests, contact the PJC Registrar’s Office.
