Am I Eligible?

To be eligible for TRIO: EOC: 

• You’re an adult planning to start/return to college or job training (GED/HS Diploma holders welcome)

• Priority for first-generation and low-income adults, and veterans (as defined by TRIO) U.S. Department of Education

Good to Know:

• If you’re under 19 and not served by Talent Search in the area, EOC may still help—ask us. U.S. Department of Education

EOC is one of the Federal TRIO Programs that support adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to access and succeed in postsecondary education. The program focuses on admissions counseling, financial aid literacy, and application assistance to increase adult enrollment in college or training. 

The Educational Opportunity Center is funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Services are free to participants.
