Former PJC President Grimes to be honored

The Paris Junior College Alumni and Friends Association is planning a special tribute to the late W. Frank Grimes, past president of PJC. At an event on Oct. 19 in the McClanahan Alumni Center, the Alumni Association will confer a posthumous Distinguished Alumnus Award on Grimes, who was president of Paris Junior College from 1963 to 1968. The presentation will be made to the family of the late president during a reception from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friends of the family and of PJC are invited to attend.
