Free customer service seminar slated for May 1

The Small Business Development Center at Paris Junior College will offer a free seminar, "Exceptional Customer Service," from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1. The seminar will be held at the historic Red River County Chamber of Commerce located at 101 N. Locust St. in Clarksville. This seminar will help participants create the exceptional customer service experience. Topics will include understanding customer service, the importance of looking through the customer's eyes, dealing with challenging situations, creating winning attitudes, and building customer service stars and teams within your business.
