Men’s basketball team ranked 17th by NJCAA

The Paris Junior College men's basketball team was ranked 17th in the nation in the National Junior College Athletic Association's poll released Wednesday, Dec. 12. The PJC Dragons (10-1 overall, 4-0 in conference play) defeated 16th ranked Tyler on Dec. 6, and followed that with a victory over non-conference rival Grayson on Dec. 9. Tyler dropped from the Top 20 poll following the defeat by Paris. The ranking is the Dragon's first move in the national Top 20 this season.
