Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination

In compliance with State of Texas HB (House Bill) 4189, all applicants seeking admission at a Texas institution of higher education, including transfer students, must provide written documentation of having received a bacterial meningitis vaccination at least 10 days prior to the first day of class. Evidence of the applicant having received the bacterial meningitis vaccination from an appropriate health care provider must be submitted with the International Student Application. Evidence of having received a bacterial meningitis vaccine by an appropriate health care provider must indicate the date that the bacterial meningitis vaccine was administered, health care provider's signature, and signature date on the healthcare provider's professional letterhead.


Health Insurance

International students are required to maintain personal health insurance while attending Paris Junior College. International students are responsible for obtaining their own health insurance. Proof of Insurance must be submitted prior to registering for classes.
