Paris, Texas — Paris Junior College is proud to announce the opening of its first-ever Faculty, Alumni & Friends Art Exhibition, a celebration of creativity, connection, and community. The exhibition will be on display from Tuesday, September 2, through Thursday, October 2, 2025, in the Art Department’s Foyer Gallery on the Paris campus.
Showcasing a wide range of mediums — including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and mixed media — the exhibition embraces the theme “Travel, Culture, and Identity.” Visitors are invited to reflect on each artist’s personal and artistic journey, as well as the influence of Paris Junior College in shaping their path.
“This exhibition is a celebration of our faculty, alumni, and friends’ creative evolution and the important role Paris Junior College has played in their journey,” said Lena Spencer, Visual Arts Department Program Coordinator. “It will be an incredible display of talent from around 45 artists.”
An opening reception will be held on Tuesday, September 2, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Foyer Gallery. Guests may come and go, enjoy light refreshments, and meet some of the featured artists. The event is free and open to the public.
