The PJC Student Accounts Office is located in the Administration Building on the Paris Campus, Room 136, and this is where students go to pay for their classes, housing and meal plans.

 

Paying for Classes

Payment is due upon registration, and students may pay in one of the following ways:

  • Cash, check or credit cards (American Express not accepted online).
  • Set up payment plans online through MyPJC (requires $25 fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).
  • Help former students get back on track to earn a certificate or degree, see our Reboot Program.

Refund Schedule for Drops / Withdrawals*

Summer 2026

 

Summer Long (May 20 - August 13)

    • 100% Refund: May 20 - June 11
    • 70% Refund: June 12 - June 14
    • 25% Refund: June 15 - June 19

Summer Extended (June 1 - August 13)

    • 100% Refund: June 1 - June 18
    • 70% Refund: June 19 - June 23
    • 25% Refund: June 24 - June 29

Summer I (June 1 - July 2)

    • 100% Refund: June 1 - June 4
    • 70% Refund: June 5 - June 9
    • 25% Refund: June 10 - June 11

Summer Long (July 13 - August 13)

    • 100% Refund: July 13 - July 16
    • 70% Refund: July 17 - July 21
    • 25% Refund: July 22 - July 23

* When students withdraw or drop, they will be refunded according to the schedule above (regardless of whether the student has paid/not paid or attended/not attended)
