Men's Basketball

The Paris Junior College Dragons men's basketball team — national champions in 2004-05 season and conference champions in the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons — captured the Region XIV title in 2008 and went on to place 8th nationally at the NJCAA National Championship Tournament in Hutchinson, Kan. Along the way the Dragons racked up 30 wins, a school record for wins in a single season.

Women's Basketball

Competing in the best conference in the country for junior college women's basketball, PJC continues to build a quality all-around program. The Lady Dragons compete in Region XIV which has consistently produced NJCAA National Champions. With just three players returning from the 2005-06 squad, the Lady Dragons have put together a strong recruiting season going into this year's schedule.

Men's Baseball

When the Dragons baseball team takes the field, players carry with them a decades-old foundation of success and a history of sending players not only to the national collegiate scene, but also on to the major leagues. Head Coach Deron Clark fields teams that possess the drive and commitment necessary to take them to a higher level of play. The Dragons showcase their talent at beautiful "Hub" Hollis Field, a million-dollar baseball complex that is among the finest in the region.

Women's Softball

Paris Junior College's women's softball program enters the 2006-07 season with the goal of repeating last year's success - a trip to the Region XIV playoffs - and then adding to it. New Head Coach Brian Smith will lead his Dragons in one of the NJCAA's strongest conferences with a mix of returning players and new recruits determined to stay competitive with some of the nation's best.

Women's Volleyball

Not just a new season, but a new sport, a new team and a new coach. Coach Justin Maness leads his new Lady Dragons volleyball team into its inaugural season in the fall of 2006, giving fans of Paris Junior College sports still another reason to cheer. The Lady Dragons volleyball team will join PJC's men's and women's basketball squads in calling PJC's Harold E. Hunt Physical Education Center home.

Men's Golf

Paris Junior College's golf program boasts a history of success: The Dragons squad made its 26th visit to the NJCAA National Championship Tournament in 2006, and Coach David Johnson will have his 2006-07 team geared for another run for the NJCAA finals. Johnson's philosophy is simple: Keep it fun. "It's not a problem getting them to play golf, to practice. It's getting them to have some fun."
