Business Office

The PJC Business Office is located in the Administration Building on the Paris Campus, Room 136, and this is where students go to pay for their classes, housing and meal plans.

Paying for Classes

Payment is due upon registration, and students may pay in any of the following ways:

  • Cash, check or credit cards (American Express not accepted online).
  • Set up payment plans online through MyPJC (requires $25 fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).

Refund Schedule for Drops / Withdrawals*

Fall Semester 2021

  • August 30 - September 20, 2021: 70 percent
  • September 21 - 27, 2021: 25 percent
  • November 18, 2021: W Deadline

First Fall Flex 8-Week

  • August 30 - September 9, 2021: 70 percent
  • September 10-13, 2021: 25 percent
  • October 7, 2021: W Deadline

Second Fall Flex 8-Week

  • October 25 - November 3, 2021: 70 percent
  • November 4-5, 2021: 25 percent
  • December 2, 2021: W Deadline

Summer Long Term

  • May 17 - June 8, 2021: 70 percent
  • June 9-15, 2021: 25 percent
  • July 27, 2021: W Deadline

Summer I

  • June 1-8, 2021: 70 percent
  • June 9-10, 2021: 25 percent
  • June 30, 2021: W Deadline

Summer Extended Term

  • June 1-21, 2021: 70 percent
  • June 22-24, 2021: 25 percent
  • August 4, 2021: W Deadline

Summer II

  • July 12-19, 2021: 70 percent
  • July 20-21, 2021: 25 percent
  • August 10, 2021: W Deadline

* If students withdraw or drop on or after the first class day, they will be refunded according to the schedule above (regardless of whether the student has paid/not paid or attended/not attended).
