Business Office

The PJC Business Office is located in the Administration Building on the Paris Campus, Room 136, and this is where students go to pay for their classes, housing and meal plans. NOTE: While HVAC renovation is underway in the Administration Building, the Business Office is temporarily located in the Rheudasil Learning Center, east side.

Paying for Classes

Payment is due upon registration, and students may pay in one of the following ways:

  • Cash, check or credit cards (American Express not accepted online).
  • Set up payment plans online through MyPJC (requires $25 fee each semester; see plan for details; other fees may apply, including returned payment fees).

Fall Semester 2022

Second Fall Flex 8-Week

  • Up to October 23, 2022: 100 percent
  • October 24 - November 2, 2022: 70 percent
  • November 3-4, 2022: 25 percent
  • December 1, 2022: W Deadline

2022 Winter Mini-Term

  • Up to December 18, 2022: 100 percent
  • December 19-21, 2022: 70 percent
  • December 22, 2022: 25 percent
  • January 2, 2023: W Deadline

Spring Semester 2023

  • Up to January 16, 2023: 100 percent
  • January 17 - February 6, 2023: 70 percent
  • February 7 -13, 2023: 25 percent
  • April 13, 2023: W Deadline

Spring 1 Eight-Week Flex Term

  • Up to January 16, 2023: 100 percent
  • January 17-26, 2023: 70 percent
  • January 27-30, 2023: 25 percent
  • February 23, 2023: W Deadline

Spring 2 Eight-Week Flex Term

  • Up to March 19, 2023: 100 percent
  • March 20-29, 2023: 70 percent
  • March 30-31, 2023: 25 percent
  • April 27, 2023: W Deadline

* If students withdraw or drop on or after the first class day, they will be refunded according to the schedule above (regardless of whether the student has paid/not paid or attended/not attended).
