PJC Dragons undefeated at the holiday break

The Paris Junior College Dragons men's basketball team go into the holiday break with an 11-0 record and holding the No. 12 position in the NJCAA's latest Top 20 national poll. "It's exciting that we are off to such a good start," said Dragons Head Coach Ross Hodge, "but we also realize that we haven't accomplished any of our goals set at the beginning of the season." Hodge said his team - one of three Texas squads in the NJAA's Top 20 - concentrates on showing improvement every day. The Dragons, defending Region XIV conference champions, resume their season Jan. 2, 2008, in Little Rock, Ark., with a non-conference game against Arkansas Baptist College.
