PJC employees with service pins

Longevity pins recognizing years of service to PJC were given out at two meetings held for faculty and staff at the beginning of the fall 2018 semester. Paris Junior College held two convocation meetings this fall, one for faculty on August 17, and one for staff on September 14, in preparation for the fall semester that started on August 27, 2018. A highlight at both meetings was recognition of faculty and staff were honored for their years of service at the college. Ten year recognition pins went to PJC-Greenville Center Student Recruiter/Academic Advisor Flossie Arnold, English Instructor Jennifer Collar, Associate Degree Nursing Instructor Blair Daiker, Custodian Gail Dixon, Welding Instructor Clint Hutchins, Drafting Instructor Chris Malone, Medical Records Coding Instructor Ron Vrba, and Drama Instructor William Walker. Pins for 15 years of service were awarded to Psychology Instructor Marla Elliott, Surgical Technology Instructor Norman Gilbert, Marketing and Public Relations Secretary Donna Mims, and Assistant to the President Stacy Young. Twenty-year pins were given to Campus Police Officer Eric Gibbs, Mathematics Instructor Nicole Lorraine, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Instructor Jenna Ormsbee, and PJC-Greenville Center Director John Shasteen. Receiving 25-year pins were Information Technology Computer & Network Coordinator Keith Coco, Educational Opportunity Center Advisor Sophia Pride-Noiel, and Industrial Technology Instructional Supervisor and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Technology Instructor Charlie Hodgkiss. Recognized for 35 years of service were History Instructor Lisa Johnson and Mathematics/Physics Instructor Lee Larue.
