PJC best of semester student art exhibit opens Dec. 8

Paris Junior College students Jenaveve Lester and Metz Branch, both of Paris, work on self portraits. A best of semester student art exhibit opens with a reception on Dec. 8 at 4:30 p.m. in the Foyer Art Gallery.
The best of student artwork from the fall semester at Paris Junior College will be on display next week at the Foyer Art Gallery, starting with an opening reception on Tuesday, Dec. 8 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
"You will see some amazing drawings and paintings from all levels, as well as two-dimensional design, photography and ceramics," said PJC Art Instructor Susan Moore. "This is the best of our students' work from the fall semester."
Following the reception, the exhibit will remain open through Thursday, Dec. 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The public is invited to attend this free event, enjoy snacks and speak with the students about their work.
