MugMallory Price, a senior at Paris High School, has been awarded the Donna and Leo Moersen Registered Nursing Scholarship to attend Paris Junior College. Price, the daughter of Monica and Brett Price of Paris, will enroll at Paris Junior College this summer. The Donna and Leo Moersen Scholarship pays full tuition, fees, books and provides nurse uniforms required for the two-year nursing program at the PJC School of Nursing. "This is a great opportunity for me," Price said. "I am grateful for the scholarship, which will enable me to earn my nursing degree." Price is a Texas Scholar, is a member of the National Honor Society and is active in the Key Club and the Student Council at Paris High School. She will graduate with honors from PHS this spring. "We are proud to award a Moersen Scholarship to Mallory and look forward to her entering our nursing program," said Marcia Putnam, director of the PJC Health Occupations Department.
